I. Milling machine Bed and Base Frame

The machine bed is the foundation of the machine tool, responsible for supporting all components and absorbing cutting vibrations. Its rigidity directly determines processing accuracy and stability.

1.The machine body structure is a critical part of modern CNC milling machines and directly affects rigidity, vibration control, and long-term machining accuracy. 2.The overall sheet metal thickness of 1.5 mm enhances the structural strength of the enclosure, reduces resonance during high-speed operation, and improves overall stability. 3.The main load-bearing structure is manufactured from high-quality cast iron, polymer concrete, or a reinforced box-type structure. This allows the SZGH-650 CNC machining center to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality even under demanding cutting conditions.

With this rigid machine body design, the SZGH-650 vertical machining center can achieve machining accuracy of ±0.02 mm or better

II. High-Precision Spindle (BT40 / BT30)

The spindle is the core power unit of any CNC mill machine, directly driving tool rotation. Its power, speed, and rigidity determine cutting efficiency and surface finish in CNC machining processes.

Spindle Types

1. Mechanical spindle: Suitable for steel and cast iron, featuring strong rigidity and excellent heavy-duty cutting capability.
2. Electric spindle: Suitable for aluminum alloy, copper, and high-gloss molds, offering high speed, high precision, and superior surface finish.

III. Feeding and Guiding System

The feeding and guiding system, consisting of linear guide rails, ball screws, and servo motors, ensures precise linear motion for this 3 axis CNC milling machine.

Guide rail: 30mm C3 grade
Ball screw: 32mm P-grade precision
Rapid traverse: X/Y 25 m/min, Z 20 m/min

The combination of wide C3-grade guide rails and large-diameter P-grade ball screws ensures high rigidity, smooth motion, and 0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy.

IV. Worktable and Travel

Worktable size: 600 × 500 mm
X/Y/Z travel: 500 / 600 / 300 mm
Distance from table to spindle: 150–450 mm

Suitable for medium-sized fixtures or multiple small workpieces, meeting most box-type and plate-type part machining requirements.

V. CNC System – SZGH-1080MIC

True-color LCD screen with clear display.
Supports EtherCAT with absolute value motors and Modbus drivers.
Open PLC architecture.
Supports Chinese, English, Russian, and Portuguese.

VI. Automatic Tool Changer (ATC)

10-position or 12-position automatic tool changer enables continuous multi-process machining, improving efficiency and reducing labor cost.
